Jordan, James T., Pvt., Enlisted 5/7/62, Stone Mountain, Absent sick 11/1/64, In hospital with chronic diarrhea Charlottesville, VA 12/3/64, Given furlough 12/21/64. 1850 Census list James Jordan age 14 living Dekalb Co in the household of Jesse Jordan. PR Widow applied Gwinnett Co. 10/27/19. James T. Jordan married Lucinda E. Miller 11/17/59 in Gwinnett Co. She had been a resident of GA all her life. James T. Jordan died 5/27/15 in Gwinnett Co. Jordan left his command at Staunton, VA, wounded in the neck at the Battle of Cedar Creek 10/19/64. Given 30 day furlough, never able for further service. Witness J.I. Green of Lawrenceville, stated that he and Jordan were wounded on the same day, and furloughed home together. Witness E.C. Lanford was home on furlough when Jordan came home wounded. In 1920, Lucinda appointed W.M. Jordan as attorney in fact to collect her pension.
