Langley William, Pvt., Enlisted 1/1/64, Charleston, SC, Died in Hospital at Charlotte, NC 9/11/64 of intermittent fever. 1850 Census list William Langley age 7 living Gwinnett Co. in the household of Joseph Langley, a rock mason. In the same household, John Langley. 1870 Census list Rebecca Langley age 35 living Heard Co. PR Widow R.E. Langley applied Heard Co. 5/7/91. They married 10/15/58, she had been a GA resident since birth. Witness' James T. Jordan, A.W. Lanford, and E.C. Lanford were in the same company with William. A.W. Lanford was with him when he died, and helped bury him. Died in Charlotte, NC in route to Richmond, VA. She was still living 1907.
