Atkinson Peter F., Pvt., Enlisted 3/21/64, Savannah, Deserted. 1870 Census list Peter Atkinson living Gwinnett Co age 24. PR Witness for James G. Dunn. Atkinson stated that both he and Dunn joined Grahams Scouts and served in that unit the last few months of the war. Witness for J.N. Wynn 1897, P.F. stated that he came home on furlough 10/64, was cut off and could not rejoin the company, and that he enlisted with Capt. Buice's Co. and was at Altoona at the time of the surrender. Peter Fletcher Atkinson 4/19/46 - 12/13/17 & Wife Mary Delana Warbington both buried Oakland Community Cemetery, Old Norcross Rd.
